From the moment we stepped into Kobe Beef Daia, we were treated to an unforgettable experience — and that’s largely thanks to our incredible server, Ricardo, and the masterful chef, Uchiyama.
Ricardo was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being overbearing. He guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm, making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we understood every aspect of the dining experience. His hospitality added a personal, welcoming touch that made us feel truly valued.
Chef Uchiyama was equally impressive, delivering not just a meal but a performance. Watching her prepare the Kobe beef with such precision and artistry was a highlight. Every bite was perfectly cooked and full of flavor — rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's clear that her takes immense pride in her craft, and it shows in every detail.
